Antique Jewellery - Please allow 1-7 working days.
New Jewellery - If the items is available from stock, 1-7 working days, If the item is currently out of stock 7-28 working days.
Hand Crafted and Couture Items - Please allow 14-21 working days.
Bespoke and Personalised Items - 14-21 working days.

Urgent orders are possible, please contact us with your request prior to ordering info@chickslove.co.uk and we will try to prioritise your order anyway we can.

During busy periods it may be necessary to alter these delivery times, we will inform you at the time of ordering.

Prices and stock are not contractually confirmed until you receive the confirmation of despatch sent to the email account provided by you. We reserve the right to withdraw from sale any items that have been priced incorrectly. Any contracts or agreements formed between yourself and Chicks Love through this website shall be governed and construed according to English law and any disputes or proceedings shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

DELIVERY

All Items are sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded Delivery as standard so will require a signature on delivery.

If your delivery is late arriving, please contact us and we will check the tracking system and confirm the status of your delivery. We will then give you the tracking number so that you can check with your local sorting office. Very often it is simply a case that they have attempted delivery and not left a calling card.

We do not take responsibility for non-delivery or late items due to factors outside of our control. Or for any import, taxes or charges incurred from your purchase.

If a package has been returned to Chicks Love because delivery was not possible the cost of re-sending the package will be the responsibility of the customer.

RETURNS / REFUND POLICY

Should your item/s not be what you expected for any reason simply inform us within 7 Days of receipt either by email, telephone, or fax. Detailing the item you wish to return. Once received we will then be happy to make a refund/exchange providing the item/s are returned complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging within 7 days. A refund will not be possible if the item/s arrive damaged as a result of the original packaging not being used, in these cases the item/s will be returned to you.

We will not be able to refund any item that has been specially ordered outside our current range. This does not affect your statutory rights.

For all returns you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the item/s to us. When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

Upon receipt of items returned as faulty, Chicks Love will arrange for an exchange/refund.

We reserve the right to reject a return. Chicks Love decision is final.

DESCRIPTION / PRODUCT QUALITY

Every care has been taken to ensure that all descriptions, specifications, colour and prices are as accurate as possible. However colour representations may vary depending on your own monitor.

A lot of items on our website are hand made from natural materials and as such their composition and colour may vary slightly from that shown and are usually in some way unique so some variations will occur between the items you see on our website and those you receive.

Antique/vintage jewellery as it suggests is antique/vintage which are often used thus some items are subject to general wear and tear. Any wear/damage if any will be explained in the listing.

PRIVACY POLICY

Your privacy is very important to us here at Chicks Love and as such complies with all aspects of the Data Protection Act of 1984 and the new act of 1998 and as such is registered with the Data Protection Commissioner. We do not disclose details of our customers to any third party.

DISCLAIMER

For vintage/antique only - All Items described as 'signed by' are, to the best of our knowledge authentic, if it is proven that any items are fake or copied, we will fully refund the price of the item, once it is received by us in its original condition. Postage and Packaging will not be refunded. False items will only be refunded within 1 year from the purchase date.
